Executive Board Minutes 1918-1932; 1942-1943; 1954-1956.

This series consists of typewritten unbound minutes from Executive Board meetings from 1918 to 1956. There is a gap in these records for the latter portion of 1932 through the beginning of 1942, and again from 1943 to 1954. Those years can be found in bound volumes that combine Executive Board and Administrative Committee minutes in ULCA 29/4/3, Administrative and Executive Committee Minutes. A complete set of bound copies of Executive Board minutes from 1932-1962 is found in that series. The minutes typically consist of summaries of officers' reports, staff reports, committee reports, and division reports, a record of actions voted on during the meeting, and any items of interest submitted by various church boards. One meeting during the year also includes a presentation of the budget for the following calendar year. The records are in very good condition. Some of the minutes appear to be photocopies of the originals, but are still legible. The records are arranged chronologically.
